Miss 'D' | 6 Month Session | Grow With Me Package

I absolutely love when clients book packages with me. Why? Because I get to watch the smallest/most important person in their lives grow up right in front of my lens. I get the amazing opportunity to become an extension of their family and I get the opportunity to get really well acquainted with them.

Time goes quick, like ridiculously quick. You don't realize just how fast time goes until you start having a family and with a blink of an eye that sweet newborn smell is gone and you have a wild and free spirited toddler running around. You find yourself missing the quiet hour of 3 a.m. where you and your precious little one rock in the shadow of the night and in that instance it feels as though it's you two against the world.

With all that said, I cannot believe little Miss D is already 6 months! Where has the time gone!? More importantly, where has this year slipped off to!?

This little miss made me work HARD at her newborn session; however, she definitely made up for that this time around. She was all smiles. Literally. Her smile, laugh, and personality were one in a million. I could have spent the rest of my afternoon with this little love bug. Her parents are pretty awesome too!

We had some pretty fantastic weather too! It wasn't as hot as what it has been and the lighting during our session was so incredibly yummy! The 'golden hour' is one of my favorite times of the day to shoot.

What do you get when you add all these amazing factors (happy baby, great weather, amazing lighting, and awesome parents) together? Breathtaking portraits. No, seriously, these images are fantastic!
