Hi, I'm Toni, the girl behind the lens!

​

Welcome to my little creative corner on the World Wide Web.

​

You're probably wondering who I am and how I got here.

​

I have 21 years of creative experience behind the lens and I have loved every single second of it.

​

From the time I was a young kid, I've always had a camera attached to my hands.

​

I took my very first photography class when I was a junior in high school (this was the pre-digital media era).  I not only learned the in's and out's of an SLR camera but I also learned how to develop my own film in a dark room.

​

During my time at the University of Florida, I took a photojournalism class and used a DSLR for the very first time.  I guess you could say it was 'love at first click.'  The digital world was new to me (don't laugh...but at this time, I was still using a 35mm film camera in 2005).  I'm a creature of habit and don't like to deviate much, so leaving the film world was difficult at first.

I went on to major in Crime Scene Technology & Forensics and I went back to my roots and worked with an SLR camera for my crime scene photography class (notice a pattern yet?)  I always found a way to incorporate photography in my studies regardless of major.

​

I started this journey off by doing landscape photography.  The walls in my house are beautiful reminders of all the wonderful places I've been blessed to have visited and experienced.

​

I slowly started to shift my focus to portraiture thanks to all the outpouring of love and support from my family & friends.

​

Before I knew it, my dream of doing photography full-time became my reality.  I quit my corporate job back in June 2016 and never looked back!

​

If you're looking for a super laid back, fun, outgoing photographer, then I'm your girl!  I can make even the most awkward people feel right at home in front of my camera.

​

I enjoy capturing real raw emotions.

​

Photography, for me, is so much more than just snapping away behind a camera.  It's freezing a moment or a feeling in time.  It's making my clients FEEL something, when they look back at their galleries.  It's creating art and giving their portraits LIFE.

​

For me, photography,  goes way beyond just having a 'good eye' and good editing skills.

​

This is my passion and life.
